At Sketch & Stitches, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-designed apparel that reflects our unique artistic vision. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order.
Returns
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

Damaged

Defective
-
Significantly different from the product description or design proof
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Proof of damage or defect (photos or video) is required
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Embroidered products made to your specific order

Sale or clearance items

Orders with incorrect customer-provided details (size, color, shipping info, etc.)
Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we do not allow cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
